multiple category ID's

Is there a way to use more that one category ID, I have set up a site for auto auctions and used the general ebay motors category ID, so not only are cars appearing on the pages, parts and t-shirts and whatever are showing up, what I would like to do is put in the just the ID's for the individual makes of vehicles so it shows just cars, Does that make sense at all?
